Unhappy Suh plans to appeal $20K NFL fine for hit on Dalton

Even after being fined $20,000 for a hit on Bengals QB Andy Dalton, Lions DT Ndamukong Suh says he won’t change the way he plays and intends on appealing the NFL’s decision.
