Troopers on leave over Brandon Jacobs’ alleged 100-mph drive

Two New Jersey state troopers have been suspended without pay after being accused of escorting a caravan of exotic cars — which included 49ers RB Brandon Jacobs — on a 100-mph trip down the Garden State Parkway.
