Toronto Argonauts sign ex-Bengals RB Bernard Scott

A former Bengals and Ravens running back is headed to the Canadian Football League. The Toronto Argonauts have signed Bernard Scott, a five-year NFL veteran. The club announced the move on Tuesday.
