Tony Romo out for Dallas Cowboys’ preseason opener

The Dallas Cowboys are playing it safe with Tony Romo. Jason Garrett told NFL Network’s Stacey Dales that the quarterback won’t play in Sunday’s preseason opener against the Miami Dolphins.
