Titans’ Munchak says Kenny Britt might need second procedure

Tennessee Titans coach Mike Munchak acknowledged on Sunday that Kenny Britt might require a second procedure on his knee after the wide receiver missed all but the first three games of the 2011 season with a torn ACL and MCL.
