Texans release Ra’Shon Harris, place Sam Montgomery on NFI list

The Texans have released veteran defensive lineman Ra’Shon Harris, the club said Monday. Houston also placed rookie outside linebacker Sam Montgomery and rookie safety Orhian Johnson on the active / non-football injury list,  the club said.
