Streaking Skelton in line to start with Cardinals’ Kolb hurting

It looks like quarterback John Skelton will have a chance to improve to 3-0 as a starter this season as ailing Kevin Kolb is doubtful to return in time for the Arizona Cardinals’ Week 11 meeting with the San Francisco 49ers.
