Steelers’ Tomlin says thumb injury shouldn’t stop Big Ben

Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday that quarterback Ben Roethlisberger should be on the field and playing effectively Sunday night against the Kansas City Chiefs despite a fractured right thumb.
