Selection Sunday 2013: TV schedule, start time, live stream and more
One of the most exciting moments of the college basketball season starts on Sunday. The Selection Sunday Show kicks off this afternoon, filling out the final bracket for the NCAA tournament. In addition to the 31 conference tournament winners, the selection committee will decide who will get the final 37 at-large bids.
There are still a handful of automatic bids to be handed out. The Saint Louis Billikens will face the VCU Rams at 12 PM CT, hoping to wrap up the Atlantic 10 tournament title. The Billikens are looking for a protected seed in next week’s tournament–SB Nation’s Chris Dobbertean currently projects them to get a No. 5 spot in the South region.
Coverage of Selection Sunday begins at 5 PM Central Time. The show will be broadcast on CBS, as usual, but the network has always been ahead of the curve when it comes to online viewing. You can stream it live on both the official website and the March Madness Live app on iTunes.
Greg Gumbel, Greg Anthony, Doug Gottleib and Seth Davis will be the studio hosts. After the show, a more detailed analysis of the bracket will be broadcast on truTV with Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Rex Chapman.
