Sammy Watkins still worth the trade, says Bills’ GM

Bills general manager Doug Whaley traded a 2015 first- and fourth-round pick for Watkins despite the fact that 2014 was packed full of talented wide receivers. Was it the wrong move? Whaley doesn’t think so.
