Sam Bradford locked in as Rams QB, Les Snead says

Sam Bradford is coming off ACL surgery after several mediocre seasons. However, the Rams are sticking with him. GM Les Snead believes it’s not “the wisest thing” to draft a QB No. 2 overall.
