Roundup: Ravens’ Flacco fined $7,500 for tackle vs. Seahawks

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco was fined $7,500 by the NFL for a horse-collar tackle in last Sunday’s loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
