Roger Goodell: NFL wants Dolphins to stay in Miami

Miami voters weren’t able to vote on a proposal about Dolphins Stadium renovations. But that doesn’t mean the NFL wants to see the Dolphins move out of Miami, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell says.
