Rex Ryan names Stephen Hill starter at Jets’ receiver

Antonio Cromartie labeled himself the second best receiver on the New York Jets. Rex Ryan doesn’t agree, naming rookie Stephen Hill to start across from Santonio Holmes against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.
