Report: Ward wasn’t offered a pay cut by Steelers

The Steelers announced Wednesday they wouldn’t bring back WR Hines Ward for a 15th season in Pittsburgh. On Thursday, we learned the team didn’t even offer Ward a pay cut to stay with the team.
