Report: Ravens agree with Ricky Wagner, Aaron Mellette

The Ravens, like the Bears, have wasted little time striking deals with draft picks. Baltimore has reached contract agreements with Wisconsin offensive lineman Ricky Wagner and Elon (N.C.)
