Report: Dallas Cowboys can’t sign Morris Claiborne until June

The Dallas Cowboys will have $6 million more to spend when former cornerback Terence Newman’s contract officially comes off the books June 1. Then they can sign another cornerback, first-round draft pick Morris Claiborne.
