Reggie Kelly signs with Falcons

We noted this morning that Reggie Kelly had worked out for the Falcons. Now he has signed. Alex Marvez of FOXSports.com reports that Kelly, a tight end who began his NFL career with the Falcons, is returning to Atlanta.
