Redskins sign cornerback Ryan Mouton, safety Jose Gumbs

The Redskins added to their secondary depth Thursday, signing cornerback Ryan Mouton and safety Jose Gumbs. The 5-foot-9, 184-pound Mouton could compete for playing time inside.
