Ray Lewis says he’d take Rex Ryan over Bill Belichick

Bill Belichick’s pedigree of success hasn’t made him the NFL’s best coach as far as Ray Lewis is concerned. Why would the Ravens legend pick Rex Ryan over the four-time Super Bowl winning coach?
