Raiders waive CB-KR Coye Francies, LB Travis Goethel

The Raiders waived cornerback / kick returner Coye Francies and linebacker Travis Goethel on Tuesday. According to the NFL’s official transactions, Francies was waived with a “failure to disclose physical condition” designation.
