Raiders sign rookie linebacker Ben Heeney

The Raiders have reached another deal with a draft pick, signing Kansas linebacker Ben Heeney to a four-year contract, the club said Wednesday. A fifth-round pick from Kansas, Heeney (6-0, 231) recorded 127 tackles as a senior in 2014. He could earn a spot in Oakland as an understudy to starting middle linebacker Curtis Lofton.…
