Raiders expected to sign Rayner

Oakland is expected to take on the Chiefs Sunday without Carson Palmer. It looks like they will also be without their kicker Sebastian Janikowski. The Raiders are expected to sign Dave Rayner Saturday to kick for them Sunday. Oakland has a Week Eight bye for Janikowski to recover from his hamstring injury.
