Ponder inactive, Webb starts tonight for Vikings

That elbow bursitis that limited him in warm-ups was apparently more than Christian Ponder could play through. As a result, he’s inactive for tonight’s Wild Card game against the Packers, and Joe Webb will start at quarterback for the Vikings.
