Philip Rivers falls ill; Chargers sign practice squad QB

Philip Rivers isn’t feeling well, and the Chargers aren’t taking any chances. The San Diego Union-Tribune reported that the Chargers have signed quarterback Brad Sorensen off their practice squad.
