Peyton Manning still not cleared to practice

The rehabilitation of Peyton Manning’s neck continues. Coach Jim Caldwell said Wednesday that Manning has been throwing the football.  Though the Associated Press regards that development as news, Manning himself said 12 days ago that he has been throwing.
