Patriots’ Spikes says recovery from knee surgery ‘going well’

New England Patriots linebacker Brandon Spikes, who came out of Super Bowl XLVI requiring knee surgery, said Sunday that his recovery is going well following an arthroscopic surgery that took place a few weeks ago.
