Panthers LB Luke Kuechly out of concussion protocol

Luke Kuechly has been cleared by an independent doctor and is out of concussion protocol, NFL Media’s Rand Getlin reported Tuesday. Getlin added the plan for Kuechly is for him to play this weekend.
