Osi Umenyiora won’t say if he’ll be at N.Y. Giants’ workouts

Osi Umenyiora has reportedly decided whether or not he’ll be at the start of the Giants offseason program next week. But the veteran defensive end, long dissatisfied with his contract, wouldn’t reveal what his decision is.
