Niles Paul (ankle) out for Washington Redskins’ season

The Washington Redskins have to start searching for a new tight end. Starter Niles Paul suffered a season-ending ankle injury during Thursday’s preseason loss to the Browns. Silas Redd also suffered what could be a serious injury.
