NFL Draft order 2013: Rams slotted in at No. 16
Jeff Fisher’s first season in St. Louis has to be considered a success, as Fisher guided the Rams to a 7-8-1 record — just one year after the Rams finished 2-14.
Fisher will now turn his attention to free agency and the NFL Draft, where the Rams will look to continue to add young talent to their roster. After nearly finishing with a .500 record in 2012, the Rams own the No. 16 pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, and will pick 16th in each round.
As part of the trade that sent the rights to the No. 2 overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft to Washington, the Rams own the Redskins first round pick in 2013 as well. Currently, the Redskins are slated to have the No. 21 pick — but a win in the NFL’s Wild Card round would move Washington further down the draft order.
