NFL awards 32 compensatory draft picks to 16 teams

A total of 32 compensatory choices in the 2013 NFL Draft have been awarded to 16 teams, the NFL announced Monday. The Atlanta Falcons and Baltimore Ravens topped the list with four picks each.
