Mike Scifres having clavicle surgery Monday, hopes to return for playoffs

The Chargers feared that punter Mike Scifres broke his clavicle when he fell hard on his shoulder after Brandon Bolden knocked him over after blocking a punt in Sunday night’s Patriots victory and those fears have been realized.
