Melvin Ingram activated by San Diego Chargers off PUP

Melvin Ingram will add a much-needed boost to the San Diego Chargers’ pass rush as the team activated the linebacker from its reserve-physically unable to perform list Saturday. Ingram tore his ACL in May.
