Manning will stand on Colts’ sideline Sunday, still eyes return

The Colts undoubtedly have missed their franchise QB, slumping to 0-4 without Peyton Manning. He still can’t play while he recovers from neck surgery, but he’ll be a presence during Sunday’s game against the Chiefs.
