Leslie Frazier hopes Percy Harvin won’t need surgery

The Minnesota Vikings placed Percy Harvin on IR with an ankle injury Wednesday. Coach Leslie Frazier insists there were no ulterior motives, and is hopeful the wide receiver won’t need surgery.
