League, union to probe Browns’ concussion protocol

Representatives from the NFL and NFL Players Association will meet with the Cleveland Browns’ medical staff Tuesday morning to determine if proper protocol was followed regarding concussion-like symptoms suffered by quarterback Colt McCoy last week.
