Lawmakers unlikely to vote on Vikings stadium plan this year

The Vikings’ chances for receiving a decision this year from state lawmakers on financing for a new football stadium plummeted Wednesday, pushing resolution of the issue past the date when the team’s current lease binding it to Minnesota runs out.
