Kolb deal worth a “maximum” of $13 million

Sorry, Bills fans, but it’s a done deal. Adam Schefter of ESPN previously reported that the Bills are finalizing a deal with quarterback Kevin Kolb.  Schefter now reports that it’s a two-year contract, worth a “maximum” of $13 million.
