Kirkpatrick gets fined $22,500 for hit on Ted Ginn

One of the higher-profile hits from Week Three of the preseason didn’t draw a flag.  One of the lesser-known hits did. On a first-quarter punt fielded by Cardinals receiver Ted Ginn, Bengals cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick lowered the boom.
