Kevin Kolb, Joe Staley leave game in Arizona

It’s John Skelton time once again in Arizona. Kevin Kolb left Sunday’s game in the first quarter after taking a hit to the head as he was getting tackled from behind.  John Skelton has entered the game. 49ers left tackle Joe Staley also left with a head injury and is out for the game.
