Kansas City Chiefs own No. 1 pick in 2013 NFL Draft

The Kansas City Chiefs lost again Sunday to finish the season at 2-14. It’s an embarrassing record for the franchise, but one that allows them to have the first overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft.
