Jonathan Vilma files new lawsuit vs. NFL in bounty case

Saints linebacker Jonathan Vilma is suing the
NFL in federal court, claiming Commissioner Roger Goodell failed to
make a timely appeal ruling regarding Vilma’s season-long
suspension.
