Jonathan Cooper won’t start for Arizona Cardinals

Jonathan Cooper was drafted No. 7 overall in 2013 but has struggled after missing all of his rookie year. Arizona Cardinals coach Bruce Arians said Cooper will start the 2014 season on the bench.
