Jim Irsay: Colts aren’t targeting Giants’ Victor Cruz

Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay wrote on Twitter this weekend that his team in close on acquiring a “whopper” wide receiver. Irsay said on Sunday night in Arizona that Victor Cruz isn’t the target.
