Jets promote Matt Bazirgan to pro personnel director

The Jets firmed up their new scouting structure by staying in-house. According to Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News, Jets General Manager Mike Maccagnan promoted Matt Bazirgan to become his new pro personnel director.
