Jerry Jones: Both L.A. proposals strong, up to owners to decide

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones raved about Rams owner Stan Kroenke following a joint practice between the two teams. Jones didn’t outright say he’s behind the Rams’ relocation to L.A. but he came pretty close.
