Jeff Tuel to start Buffalo Bills’ opener if EJ Manuel can’t

It’s looks like Jeff Tuel time for the Buffalo Bills as EJ Manuel works his way back from knee surgery and Kevin Kolb recovers from a concussion. But don’t count out Manuel for Week 1 just yet.
