Jeff Fisher: It’s Rams’ ‘intention to draft’ a quarterback

Trading for Nick Foles earlier this month hasn’t deterred the St. Louis Rams from pursuing a quarterback in the draft. Jeff Fisher indicated the team could bring in a rookie QB at the NFL Annual Meeting.
