Jay Cutler (ankle) to miss Week 12 for Chicago Bears

Chicago Bears coach Marc Trestman announced Monday that quarterback Jay Cutler will remain sidelined when the Bears meet the St. Louis Rams in Week 12. Josh McCown will make his third start.
